The October edition of Social Media Breakfast Memphis is going on right now at the Crescent Club in Memphis. I’m bummed to be missing it, especially since Bob Hazlett is giving a presentation on corporate blogging’s greatest misses. I’ll console myself by following along via twitter.
On the brighter side, I stumbled my way a related event. Giovanni Gallucci of multimedia search result visualizer Viewzi has put together an “Interactive Marketing Geek Dinner” at the a hotel bar here in Dallas. The featured guest is Sara Holoubek, a digital marketing consultant and columnist. By way of explanation, here’s a Viewzi-powered wall of Holoubek video interviews. Don’t miss the ribbon of visualization options at the top that allows you to redraw the Holoubek search with photos, articles, a Dipity-like timeline, and more.
I’m looking forward to making some new friends tonight! Since this post covers a lot of people and places I don’t yet know enough about, I’ll wrap it up with a few links that add context.
- Giovanni gives an interview about Viewzi
- Sara Holoubek’s bio on her site
- The Bolla Restauarant and Bar at the Stoneleigh Hotel in Dallas
- The Crescent Club in Memphis
EDIT: Fixed a misspelling of Sara’s name. Sorry about that!
