I gave this presentation at work last week. My instructions were to survey some new enterprise collaboration trends and talk about how they solve common business problems.
The problems I focused on were knowledge management versus expert location, above the flow vs. in the flow collaboration, portable identities, and the pros and cons of an email-based workflow.
I cleaned up the presentation a bit to remove some names and faces and internal company business. It should still be readable!
